About Mimz-N-Thingz
Mimz-N-Thingz was founded by CEO Dorothy Mims in October of 2020. When she first started painting she was unsure of where she was going with her paintings but knew she needed an outlet for the things going on in her life. After sharing her skills with her family, she was encouraged to continue painting and had her first buyer in January of 2021. Since that sale, she became inspired to continue painting from her heart and allowing her love for performing and fine arts to shine through. After some time, she was asked to start having classes to help people through the pandemic. From 2020 to now, the pandemic has helped her to realize her passion for performing and fine arts as well as her passion of helping people.

Paintings from MimzNThingz are done one of two ways: Custom designs and requests or Freestyle from the artist to you. When submitting custom requests, it can be simple as color schemes or as detailed as the intricate style you are desiring. We want to ensure that your vision becomes a reality while establishing a long-term partnership for all of your artistic needs.

Paint Techniques and Practice
In our paint classes, we educate the artist on the fundamentals for painting. We don't just teach you how to pick up a brush and paint, but we teach you how to turn your idea into manifested art. We allow room for mistakes because, truthfully, mistakes can lead to beautiful creations. Come take the journey with us as we discover your creative outlet that suits you.

Waist Beads and Bracelets
All bracelets and waist beads are created to be one of a kind. A bracelet that you have on from us, will not match another customer who purchases from us. Our waistbeads are designed to enhance how you already feel about yourself. In our eyes, all of our customers are beautiful and deserve to have wearables that enhance their individual beauty. We create for you!
